Shipping policy
Please get in touch with Eorth to notify us of late delivery, incorrect orders or damaged items.
- If your order has been lost in transit an investigation with the delivery company will need to be conducted before we can send replacement items. This may take additional time to rectify.
- If you receive damaged products (due to packaging or incorrect handling) please send images of your damaged goods/packaging. These complaints are generally handled directly by the delivery company and may require you contacting the company directly with your complaint.
- If you have received an incorrect or missing product, the product will be sent according to our discretion following our investigations.
Please note: all parcels will be delivered with "authority to leave", unless otherwise specified.
Eorth will not be held responsible should the parcel and its contents go missing after it is delivered, nor will Eorth be held liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
