All orders are delivered "Authority to Leave" unless otherwise noted in the comments section at checkout. Any special delivery instructions can also be added in this area.

Please note: Eorth will not be held responsible should the parcel and its contents go missing after it is delivered.

Please get in touch with Eorth to notify us of late delivery, incorrect orders or damaged items.

• If your order has been lost in transit an investigation with the delivery company will need to be conducted before we can send replacement items. This may take  additional time to rectify.
• If you receive damaged products (due to packaging or incorrect handling) please send images of your damaged goods/packaging. These complaints are generally handled directly by the delivery company and may require you contacting the company directly with your complaint.
• If you have received an incorrect or missing product, the product will be sent according to our discretion following our investigations.

While Eorth strives to be 100% Plastic Free some stickers and tamper proof security seals may contain plastic this includes products such as bamboo toothbrushes that contain nylon bristles. We believe these are a more environmentally friendly option than their plastic counterparts.

If you are not happy with any of the products you have purchased, or you have received damaged goods, please contact us so we can determine the best method to rectify the problem.

Product returns are shipped at the customers expense.
